Vegetable glycerine (or veggly) is such a great sugar substitute.. I use it in my speltmuffins, I apply it on my skin, and add it to my handcreme   ;D ;D it is awesome and for multiple purposes..

Had a great holiday in France in a nice gîte in the Auvergne, with my friend Hans.
We needed holiday badly.. Just too bad that even the Carrefour in Moulins does not carry spelt flour  >:( So we had to eat wheat in the last few days...  :'( after days of baking our speltbread in the gîte's oven.  ;D  We survived  ;)

How are things in Mexico Lola?? Hurricane Dean is on his devastating way I gathered from the weatherbroadcasting??? Hope the damage will be minimal..

I hope to meet you during the 2009 Seminar Lola!! I really hope to be there..

And yes my life has changed a lot for the better. Bad times are always followed by great times..   :)
