For those of you who use the MFC, have you found anything
other than fruit juice that works?

Thanks

Fruit juice helps emulsify the lecithin granules and make the MFC drinkable

I believe you could also make it savory, with compliant veggies, or even a mix of both fruits and veggies.

depending on your blood type, you could use dairy if you are a B, or tofu or yogurt if you are an A.....etc.

If you use guava, grapefruit, or watermelon juice then the MFC is a great way to get your lycopene.

I use granular lecithin, freshly ground flaxseeds, pineapple juice and goat yogurt as a morning smoothie.
Depends on your blood type.  :-)  (What is it? )

I like the ground seeds much more than the oil.  Maybe it works a little differently, but nonnies don't seem to like the oil as much as secretors.

;D :D I use the bio ground seeds every morning in my goat whey smoothy ;) ...and it works best ;) (dance)(smarty)(whistle) but with oils I do get problems, the only oil which I can take is walnut & oliveoil...all the others...only in minuscules amounts :D
