Does anybody know this product and/or use it and is willing to share some info on it,  ESPECIALLY if it has any avoids in it ??)

If it is commercial pickled ginger it is highly probable that it will have pink food colouring in it. Why not pickle your own ginger, especially if you can buy organic ginger?
There are a number of posts about this in a thread called "Sushi", in the Live Right section.

Could you please list the ingredients for us.  We can better assist you if we know the entirety of the ingredient list.

Thank you.

That would be a VERY smart idea; however, trying to cook a couple times per day EVERYDAY is work enough
LOL
If I start to make all my own stuff, I would NEVER have any free time left ... maybe one day I will though ... I've been living this lifestyle for three months + ( and going strong !!) and although some days I'm completely overwhelmed with the preparing/cooking ...etc ... (it take ALOT of time to EAT/live healthy) ... it IS well worth it !! ;)

Thanks for ur input susanh :) ;D
