I am coming off a carb centered vegetarian oriented diet.And I am having a hard time thinking of ways to eat and cook with meat,as I never cooked meat before.I am very hypoglycemic and have loads of food allergies.PCOS,IBS (INTESTINAL PROBS AND MALABSORBTION as well as obesity and CFIDS to name a few.I have been around these boards lately,but I need some tips and practical applications.I have yeast and dysbiosis issues as well.

I cant have
eggs,soy,dairy,gluten,peas or nuts (except i tolerate macadamia nuts)although
they are an avoid.Im allergic to almonds,walnuts etc.I am sensitive to many foods.

What can I eat for breakfast?

How can I keep my blood sugar from crashing?frequent peeing

How can I avoid immediate fatigue and falling asleep after eating?

Ideas for smoothies using plain rice protein powder?

What are some gut friendly meal ideas? no raw veggies please!

Eat according to foods recommended in the book unless allergic to

to avoid fatigue eat these except the walnuts which you're allergic

           Lean, organic, grass fed red meat

           Richly oiled cold-water fish (particularly halibut and cod)

I have been where you are and it's not a nice place.  Here are some things that helped me.

Breakfast ideas - stop thinking of breakfast food...your body doesn't care what you eat in the morning so have a steak with some cooked veggies...or chicken or lamb or fish...I cook up a big pack of checken thighs to have on hand and I pretty much always eat leftover dinner for breakfast or lunch the next day.

Blood sugar issues and falling asleep after meals - I lowered my carb content... I am grain (all grains) & starch free (no potatoes of any kind).  I eat about  a cup to a cup and a half of veggies with meals and have extra meat if I'm still hungry.  

Smoothies...I don't use them as the fruit is usually too much carb for me...with your gut issues as they are I would probably use cooked fruit until you start to get better.

Gut friendly - I ate everything cooked at first and went to my naturopath.  She gave me digestive enzymes which help immensely.  I took 2 at each meal.  

2 things that I noticed is that as I got better I could then add raw stuff...I can eat salad now and I've got to eat fat or else I am hungry all day.  At first I didn't absorb the fat at all but as I got better (and with the digestive enzymes) I now don't have such an issue with it.  I also avoid the candida avoids ...vinegar, mushrooms, dairy (except butter-ghee) etc.

What you describe as your food intolerances, sounds an awful lot like a non-secretor profile.

For breakfast, you might try quinoa or brown rice, cooked with olive oil, seaweed, and some O-compatible spices, such as cayenne, basil, parsley, tarragon, and so on.  But no black powder.

using a peppergrinder and buying black peppercorns instead of the pre-ground stuff. Freshly ground pepper is neutral for Os, as listed in Live Right 4 Your Type and TYPEbase. It will not affect your weight loss program, and he's right: it does taste better when added during the cooking process. Enjoy!
