I could use some help. I've gotten in a bit of a rut food wise and would like some suggestions.
Here is the catch. I want to includes as many A Nonnie Bennies as possible without making it feel like a lot of extra work.

A good example of what I'm after is: Rodneys "Quick and Easy Cod and Greens" which I think is totally Bennies. I don't care if there is Neutrals included; just looking for a way to boost my benny consumption.

use the same cooking method, but alternate the bennies, as well as the protein and veggies......
use fish, chicken or turkey, etc.....
and check your veggie list and chose other veggies.

stir fries are also great and easy to make......

also salads with pieces of cooked protein thrown in.....

soups with veggies and protein.....
endless possibilities.

Thanks Lola for the good ideas.

My big weakness is seasoning food.
Like to learn to use fresh herbs.

I make alot of pulses/spreads with beneficals (veggies, nuts, beans, herbs) you can add these to any meal and they add flavor and beneficials.

I also make alot of mini quiches with benificials

It really depends on you and what you want, I pick a veggie or combo of veggies and puree and that is about it
