hi there,

until now I don't understand one thing....for AB's it is written avoid gentian....but just this herb or tea works great for gastric juices; and when getting older, those juices deacrese
more than augmenting...so far ? what does that mean?

Here nothing is retained about A2B nonnies and brewer's yeast, nor is it visible that it is meant that it's about bell peppers which are an avoid or just black pepper?

and about gruyère...now it became neutral ??) ouch,,,,,

question generale:::: when somebody doesn't has the menopausal book, and just works only with the encyclopedic. advices, isn't that enough??)

thanx in advance and loads of :K)

I believe the menopause book has more targeted advice to the issue, since it was written after the encyclopedia was published.

even peppers are avoids for Os!!
and so many others
honey
molasses
brown sugar
rice syrup
sucanat
apples
grape
raisin
eggplant
tomato
yam
oats
rice
rye
buckwheat
millet
soy
so many things I took for granted, are now no no!!
I feel your pain Isa! :)

Gentian has been an avoid for type AB since ER4YT.

Gruyère is neutral in TYPEbase and has been since ER4YT, except for the A2 avoid status indicated in LR4YT

Unfortunately, I don't think any of the Health Library books have any modifications for subtypes (A2 or MM).

sometimes values changed according to the condition   maybe some foods have a more beneficial property in certain disease or medical states than it's avoid status in a normal state...like the Fava Bean....super beneficial for O's and cancer and a Neutral otherwise
