No is the quickest answer no sugar, no flour, no dairy Yes to some dark chocolate not milk chocolate.

and the pomelo is also a type of grapefruit!

Well I like sweeties as well- so do my daughter -
none of us have any known bad reactions to it- so I treat it as neutral.
