If you do not know if you are a secretor or non secretor. When choosing foods do you choose secretor or non secretor foods?

My take on this is to choose foods as if you were a secretor, since secretors are 80% of the population (no disrespect to those nonnies out there ;)).

I agree, if you do not know your secretor status, follow the secretor diet guidelines, because that (secretor) is what the vast majority of folks are.
I do highly recommend getting the secretor test at some point, though, but there is no rush, unless you really suspect you are a nonnie for some reason. I suspected I was and sure enough: nonnie. But most people are secretors.

Eat as if you are secretors, unless your diet does not seem to be working. If there are still health problems manifesting and you are 100% sure you are giving the BTD a real chance, then try the Nonnie diet for a few weeks and see if the health improves.
But if a person is continuing to eat avoids, there is no way to know if the diet is really working or not. Even a few avoids can throw off the system. This is also true with overeating from the Infrequent Neutral category.
