I liked their products fine.
I dislike their multilevel marketing scheme.
Actually two schemes (to confuse you) - legacy & classic.
--
They did provide me the promised refunds from the marketing scheme
based on my volume (Usually 10 to 12% of my purchases).
But twice they have promised me to grant me credit for my membership renewal
fees.
After my second loss of $40, I decided never again!
Actually, I can stand the loss of $40, but I
dislike the indication that they will refund
and than saying no (once because,
I did it online when I was supposed to
do it by phone. Another year they
said I could renew with an online order.
But when I did, they refused
to refund ther because I did not place a second order
within 60 days. My second order was 68 days after
the order that renewed my membership. Both orders were
for several hundred dollars.
I now order from iherb.com
I think iherbs's products are of more
variable quality, but I do not have to play
multilevel games. Usually iherb is cheaper.

I like nature's sunshine's quality. However, I like Dr. D's quality even better. I've slowly switched to NAP products whenever possible.
