Hello everyone!
I'd like to recive your suggestions about TYPE A and  RAW FOOD DIET.
I'm workingwith success as wellness personal trainer and I'm using BTD + yoga and Qi-Gong, Zen Stretching + EFT.
One my new client is a TYPE A negative (exactly type A2-) who is following RAW FOOD DIET :
she is eating only RAW FRUITS + RAW VEGETABLES ( + raw fish, sometimes).
She DOESN'T EAT ANY GRAINS and BEANS.
She has DIABETES...

What RIGHT BTD SUGGESTION COULD I GIVE TO HER?

If she has diabetes, she can safely continue to follow RAW FOOD DIET WITHOUT GRAINS AND BEANS?  ( in diabetes book Doc D'ADAMO writes that TYPE A NEEDS COMPLEX CARBS FROM GRAINS AND BEANS..)

Is THERE some VEGETARIAN TYPE A WHO IS FOLLOWING RAW FOOD DIET?
Could you so kind to give me an example of daily menu RAW  type A ?

many thanks!

CIAO!!!!!!!

she should decide on following the diabetes guidelines for her type or continue to get sick.

type A diet is pretty vegetarian anyways, but she does need to adjust according to her physiology.

dancer,

she might get her nutrient needs (much better though) by sprouting and eating grains/beans.  She could easily eat compliant nuts and seeds.  Pumpkin seed is very good for her too .... diabetics need zinc.  Ask her to try some spices (turmeric) in a raw veggie smoothy .... maybe compliant spices may help her expand the types of food eaten.

She my eat flower petals in spring-summer.  Dandelion stems are supposed to be super-beneficial for diabetes.

have an eye on alphalipoic acid, all B-vits as a complex, Zink, Chromium&Vanadium together, Natural Factors made a brandnew sort to go for diabetics, have an eye under http://www.natvd.com very fine products to manage those problems too, then have an eye onto the protocols and also into Dr. vD's book about diabetics .....and you know today it isnt' that strikt anymore in diabetic diets...became muchmore relaxed then 10 years before ::) :o ;) good luck and kind regards to you :K)

I like Resting's suggestion on sprouting.  It seems that you could help her pick out a well-balanced assortment of highly beneficial and beneficial seeds, beans and even grains, which could be sprouted for wonderful live enzyme value, and this would give her a raw food diet that is even BTD beneficial for diabetes.

Yay for pumpkin seeds!!

Well, if she is willing to eat raw fish, she could freeze it first to kill any harmful live stuff.  Then slice it thinly and eat according to the Diabetes books' fish recommended portions.  It would keep her proteins balanced.
