I started reading it during my lunch hour and can't wait to get home so I can start reading again.

***I wanted to add. I began eating right for my type the last week in September and have already lost 20 pounds.

Who would have believed it?!?!

I'm not eating any less...I'm just eating beneficial foods and eliminating the poisons.  :)

And it seems you, at least, are maintaining your energy. Great!

It is a great feeling when it works so well from the begining.  8)

Best wishes,

You're right.
I was concerned from the beginning that I may be losing too quickly but I feel great and I am eating a full and varied diet. I would bet that I am actually eating more now than I did before.

Should I be concerned that the weight is falling off too fast?
Will it affect my well-being by 'shocking' my body??

LRFYT is a great book, but the tier system frequently confuses new readers.

There is material on this site that helps clarify the material in the book.

One particularly useful section is the errata

That's great news, Page!  It happened with me nearly the same way, although not quite as fast as you.  I lost 30 pounds over a period of about 3 1/2 months.  The first month, I lost about 20 pounds, and then it began to slow down.
As long as you are getting a balanced assortment of foods, and not starving yourself, don't worry.
