Jet lag...

I'm going to Europe for 4 weeks and am concerned about the jet lag going there and coming back!  

If you have any suggestions, advice or even supplements I could/should take to help me out would be awesome!

Read the book The Circadian Prescription: Get in Step with Your Body's Natural Rhythms. offers a personal trip program, I believe based on the same research as the above book.

some 3 mg's of Melatonin or Vit. B12 or even both :D

What is your recommendation of when and how to dose those two supplements?

both just before bedtime; B12=1'000mcg's and best is both work at their very best when taken under the tongue:D

hey forgot to ask something to the travel-lady...if you will come to Switzerland-nearby Zü please...please call me and we'll go for dinner or supper...huh??) ;D waiting impatiantly for your phonecall:D
and sorry I don't think that you might have a jetlag when coming to old Europe ;) but you'll be knelt down when coming back ;D :D... and then instead of taking whatsoever...get your sleep needed- even when it may last two days ;) ;D :D  :B 8) :K)
