What does Dr. D'Adamo think about fluoride?

Is it postive or negative?

I'm especially talking about fluoride toothpastes here.

I can tell you from my own perspective, I use floride free toothpaste and have seen a tremendous difference in my health and my teeth since I stopped using floride

Quoted from Dr. D's comments: "Thus, the amount of flouride we are getting simply through the environment, has long ago passed the amount necessary to protect bones and teeth."

Since when was flouride really necessary to protect bones and teeth? I mean the kind we have added to everything under the sun these days? Or is Doc talking about the okay kind of flouride-found in plants, is it?

Ever since I read a report that showed that fluoride is bad for the thyroid especially a malfunctioning one, I have stopped drinking my fluoridated water and using fluoride toothpaste. I have a filter which removes it.

I am not able to remember the link for the study as I am away from home but a search might get it or I will find it when I return. The associatin has been known for a long time but has been ignored.

Shirley´s Wellness Cafe has some information about it.

Brenda50,
Filtration will NOT remove Fluoride.  Only distillation will remove it.  I hope that's what you meant.

Terry

The filter I bought was advertised (by a respected company) to say that it takes out fluoride. I would be interested to learn that it does not.
