what has your Dr advised you to do?
cortisone should always be a last resource if not absolutely necessary.

how compliant are you in BTD?

I injured my back at work. I am a nurse. I can not afford the supplements or organic food now that i am out of work so i am limited. . i did not tell the ortho doc so he does not know. i have been using arnica oil and pills but my spine feel like it is out of alignment i do not know if the worker comp will pay for a chiropracter. I am desperate because of the pain

Hi emonet,
if your viral problems are flaring already, the cortisone shot is perhaps dangerous, but if you have not a big viral infection, try your cortisone injection ! wishing you a speedy relief and recover !
