Could some of you kindly send me a sample of what your daily meals would be? I just want to make sure I am on the right track with my menu. Also, if any of you are creative, could you help me with a daily menu for bfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for my 5 and 3 year old O nonnie boys? They do great eating now, but I want to make sure I am on the track for them too. My oldest is ALWAYS hungry. It seems I can't fill him up. When I give him sweet potatos, that seems to help, but the next day, he is more sinusy and rashy, a sign of yeast overgrowth I think.
I would appreciate it. The things that seem out for us though, are the nutritional yeast, peppers of any kind, almonds make poops mushy or too many nuts or too much tahini butter does the same. I am concerned with how much fruit they should eat during the day. We are all grain and dairy free. Even beef I am wondering about, as I feel weird and brainfoggy after eating it. Is it just me?
Thanks for your thoughts...

they should have at least 3 servings of fruit daily....... I mostly eat my fruit before breakfast, before lunch and before dinner (as snacks you might say).....well actually I do not have dinner anymore......with all the veggies and protein at breakfast and lunch, I am simply not hungry by dinner time. I also am grain, legume and dairy free, by the way. I feel satisfied all day.....the key is having those veggies in no matter which way..... oh, and forgot the fats, like olive oil and ghee......very important. )
think I m going to go have my mango now! yummmm

I think if he eats enough protein he won't be hungry. It sure works for me and most other type Os.

Do you have candida? If so, you may be feeling a little detox when you don't feed it and eat penty of beef instead. Just a thought. Or do you just have trouble with beef and not lamb or bison/buffalo?
If you are and your boys are O nonnies and Rh - then you need to eat a lot of protein and greens and low carb in general. You should have a full serving of protein at every meal. Use things like sweet potatoes and fruits as treats not main items you fill up on.

I learned way to late in life that servings were different for children, then for adults. There servings of fruit, breads, vegtables are change. If I remember servings are 1 T per year of age, stopping at 1/2 cup, which is 4 oz and (2T=1oz)so 8T=4oz or 1/2 cup
2 year old 2 T sweet potatoes,spinach,beets 5 year old 5T 2T applesauce 5T
1/4 sandwich almost 1/2 sandwich 1 oz meat almost 2 oz meat
and if little one wants as much as big one cut sandwich in half so he has 2 pieces, too lol
Dr. D has for book for babies I don't know what age it goes up to maybe someone who has one could jump in here. ( my information above is before BTD, so if book is different please set aside information above.
You can also shred veggies in food processor like brocolli stalks and make slaw for them, or put them into the ground beef for a green speckled hamburger. Names are fun with kids. I also called brocolli little trees
