The blood type diet has greatly changed my life for the better.  I have a huge amount of energy that I never had before.  I never have digesting problems.  I never get sick and when every one else does I get a runny nose for a day or to nothing close to what everyone else gets.  The rate I which I learn has increased allot and so has my endurence for concentrating.  Every aspect of my health has become healthier since following the diet.  I recomend it to everyone and I know that everyone who follows it not matter what their age, sickness, or blood type their health will be increased.  The next step it going political trying to the science behind it excepted and putting the pharmicuiical industreis out of business once an for all.

What is 'Cortiguard'?

NAP's Cortiguard is a stress balancer designed specifically for blood types A and B.  It contains a synergistic blend of herbs to help reduce high cortisol levels in our bodies, which become elevated under stress.

Hi gabbster,

Please visit the Blood Type Store by clicking the button at the top right corner. That's where you can find info on all NAP products, and how to order them as well.

I just wanted to chime in here about Cortiguard.  It has been such a lifesaver for me when I am under stress.   I don't handle stress well AT ALL - I can literally feel the cortisol pumping through my body - and the Cortiguard has helped tremendously.   After taking it I feel calm and peaceful, not jumpy and stressed out!

AnnA- when you say you can feel the cortisol pumping through your body -- do you mean a feeling which is like hot pins and needles, and a general weakness, wanting to lie down - (not like the imagined adrenalin rush which would make you want to leap about?)

maybe theres something I might add to testimonials,
its not much in scale but its much to me,
for years Ive had cold toes,
having had to sleep with socks on,
even woollen socks,
and sometimes I have wondered,
because when I was younger
I always had so hot feet,
and had to keep good care that they were
even out from under the blanket,
not even thinking I could get my previously not cold feet back,
but since starting to change my diet
to more suitable for my bloodtype I havent had to wear socks when
Im sleeping, and yeah I think I feel better already otherwise,
such a blessing for us
that we found out nutrition really affects our lives
