I haven't been here for a long time and I couldn't find the Lyme thread so I hope it is okay that I post here.

I am finally in remission from Lyme and coinfections.  I can't believe I am saying I feel good.  Almost scared to say it out loud, but I know my swami got me here.

Over the past 2 years I have tried my best to stay away from the inflammatory foods and eat all the good ones on my list and it really paid off.

Thank you Dr. D.  I was a skeptic when I first read about the diet but am a life long follower now.

Wonderful, wonderful news, Kim!!! But am I surprised that all that finally paid off? No, I must say that I am not, because I have already seen too many people get too much help for me not to believe the otherwise impossible!! I am so happy for you!!  :K)

Yay, Kim!  I'm so glad to hear it!  I'm doing very well now too, on the Cowden protocol.  We've got the entire family on it and our food allergies are healing.  If you'd told me a year ago that I'd be able to make spelt bread and have most everybody eat it, I would have laughed.
