If there are any 'hunter' GT there, do you eat cheese and if so, which type, parmeson, sheeps, goats??  also, do any 'hunter' GT do better with minimal fruit, ie I am aware of the weakening/yin effect of fruit, it can be a challenge to maintain yin/yang balance and good health sometimes.  the vegetables are better at present for me, plus protein and fats.

swami gives me the frequency needed for all food groups
fruits 2 or 3 max a day

if not stated, about a specific Parmesan.....I wouldn' t worry too much

the butyric acid content thereof is what s important

I RARELY eat cheese or fruit and on that rare occasion it's in very small amounts. Even compliant cheeses don't work. I get my butyrate from ghee and grass fed butter but don't use large amounts of those either. I eat plenty of fst, but not too much saturated, bogs me down.

Hope that helps

thankyou Lola and Mother for your replies, I do eat ghee, butter and some cheese, now that I increased my daily intake of vegetables, I find the dairy is easier to tolerate and in fact balances me and keeps some much needed weight on my frame, guess my liver is healthier due to the veg.  Fruit, I have temporarily minimized due to my becoming to yin and also we are in autumn/fall season now, I and am doing better with more yang foods, esp the cooked veg, fish, poultry, lamb, eggs, etc. thanks again.

I'm an O and either a hunter or an explorer...I pretend I'm a secretor since I haven't had the test and on ocassion eat feta or mozzarella mostly doesn't like me.  I love fruit smoothies and have them pretty often with bananas, mango, blueberries, cherries, plums or some of the O neutral fruits and they seem to like me as much as I like them.  I have them mostly like a frozen dessert and they help stem my obsession with ice cream.

good to know fruits agree, your smoothies sound great! I look forward to eating some fruits again when health improves, for now, just occasional cooked/baked apple for me, later will be grapefruit (low in fructose sugars), then hopefully in season berries next summer! can't wait. love cherries and berries too.
