For SWAMI to get me the best food results, should I check all health problems I had at some point in my life? Or should I only put a check mark on the problems I'm currently having?

Current issues might work best.

Too many inputs may cancel each other out.

Congrats, bzw. :-)

Today I realised that I could remove the checkmark from premenstrual syndrome for as long as my monthly cycle isn't back (due to breastfeeding).

There were radical changes in what I'm  supposed to eat. Spelt for example went from beneficial to black dot avoid and rice - formerly beneficial too - became a neutral. The only beneficial grains left I know where to get are quinoa and amaranth.

Does anyone know if it's better to leave it unchecked or should I check it again since I usually do have PMS?

I would leave the PMS in if I was you.  Wait until your periods are back and see if PMS returns.
It can be diet related.  I suffered for years with PMS and then when I changed my diet, gluten/dairy free it pretty much went away.  And so diet can cause PMS.

Ah, interesting. But then it's even stranger that I'm allowed a lot less gluten when I leave it out (no change on the dairy)...? So leaving it out might be better?  ??)(think)(think)

Exercise, sunlight, & no sugar got rid of PMS. It also was nice not to have it while nursing. My later 40s were a good time of life, not horrible like so many others.
Since you are so young, I would leave PMS on the SWAMI(whenever you get around to changing it).

BTW, I had no period for 1 1/2 yrs. with the first child! That was great!

Interesting how the food options changed for you with PMS ticked.

When I went gluten/dairy free I did also improve my diet a lot, reduced processed foods, avoided yeast and  and largely took sugar out.  So it raises the question of cause and effect I guess. But back at that time there were articles out about dairy being a cause for PMS.  I also found I was sensitive to the protein in dairy.  So for you it may be different.  You may have to pay atention to how you feel when you eat differently and see if you notice any difference.
