This is what my hair stylist said to me yesterday when I walked in to get my hair cut.  She hasn't seen me in about 4 months, and noticed a difference right away!  Of course, I was happy to fill her in on all that following the BTD is doing for me, my husband, and my kids!  Yahoo!    ;D

It's always great when someone notices an improvement in your persona.

The best benefit, of course, is knowing that you are on the right path for you and your family.

A friend I hadn't seen in awhile said to me "you look great!"
I replied "I disagree, but I feel better..."    ;D

I looked at myself in a full-length mirror when I joined the Gym today. I don't look that bad, but ever since I started on this mew eating regimen I have lots of problems with constipation and I am up to 3 Senna tabs tonight to be able to go. I been eating about 80% compliant. And drink loads of water with lemon juice, but I can go maybe once a day, and that with all those fiber rich foods I eat. Something is stuck somewhere

That has happened to someone else I know. She is an A & eats almost vegan, but has 'that problem.'
I wonder if she has a kink in her bowel or it is some kind of detox.
She ate many wrong foods as a child & lots of dairy, but has eaten properly for years.  I don't know why this still happens!

Arwen: How long have you been BTDing?  If it is a short time, the body may be readjusting in its own way.  The stress of wondering about the hurricane certainly would add to stress.

Taking blood type probiotics  along with some intrinsia-- I would also get some magnesium.

Senna will damage the lining of your GI tract.

using fiber laxatives is better then senna-- :-/

Is there a preferred product by BT?  I can recall reading somewhere citrucel was preferred for typeO.  Is this still the case?

Sorry that I didn't notice this post earlier...  When you say 80% compliance, are you saying that you are eating 80% beneficial foods with the rest Neutral? or are you eating 80% Beneficial and Neutral and 20% Avoid?

If it is 80% Beneficial / 20% Neutral - you are probably healing somewhere and the resulting garbage is causing the issues.  It takes a long time to heal some things.

If you are still eating 20% avoids, however, it seems pretty obvious why the constipation continues...

Andrea I can see only half the pics.. and i can not find the original.. can you help.. thanks..

One table spoon of Extra Light Olive Oil a day is fixing my bathroom issues where nothing else worked.  Magnesium only worked for a while and all else less.  It took two weeks for it to work, finally, but fine ever since over 13/4 year...

I take 2 spoons away from food (by one hour) and wash it down with water and it stops cravings for three hours too.
