Wow.. some of these foods look fabulous! Others of course we all know about from Dr. D's research!   I'm going too have to buy a Jackfruit soon and spend the hour or so cutting it up and freezing all the wonderful fruit to have on hand.. We tried dried jackfruit years ago when I first saw it on my Swami food listings... and it's so delicious!!  There's lots of vids on Youtube on how to cut it up...

I think it is fantastic.  Really one of my favorite foods. Unfortunately, it is rarely available in area (Or maybe fortunately since it is expensive when I find it)
