I am so happy I found a vendor (after 10 years ) that will supply me as much as I need.  Nearby local farmer.. worth the 40 minute trip.

I tried making them in my new Magic Nutrybullet.  I did not like it at all.  Way to much pulp to swallow....

But as juice: it is yummy. I like the flavor although I am surprised that I did not found it stronger,,,, must have been able to just drink it down, being thirsty?  don't care, I know it will fix loads of ills within me.

I once made a dandelion 'cure' for 6 weeks and lost 20 pounds.. IT was at the very beginning of BTD so long ago (20 years / right after pneumonia then.. !.. I am striving to do the same again...  see below for the look-up for O's.

TYPE O:

Non Secretor:
BENEFICIAL: Contains component which either blocks polyamine synthesis or lowers indican levels.

This food is Cancer SUPERBENEFICIAL for Type O

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

I love juicing.. it is on easy way to get nutrients inside.  I think that green veggies have no calories, and no starches ; other than vitamins and minerals.
Look up two places when it come to juicing:

Dr. Bernard Jensen, His original book in my mind is the best and educational..

The gerson clinic..

you will learn way more than I can give you.. but then please ask me whatever comes to mind...

They're low calorie, but not no-calorie. Most of the calories from greens comes from protein, since they're so low in fat and carbs.

They are also a diuretic, so keep drinking plenty of water.

I am doing the juicing for the next few weeks for as long as they grow.. These dandilions are nearly a foot high..

The ones in the garden are good for salads.. it takes many to juice..
