Hello everyone!
I have a problem with understanding something. Today I readed a book "The Genotype Diet".
I didn't do exact measurements, but after reading and analyzing everything, fingers (I see my fingerprints on my own eyes), I have such and no other torso, legs, etc. I think I'm The Nomad. At least the majority %.

The diet for Nomad - cow's milk and goat's milk is avoid, spelled flour (spelt) also.
To this time I ate according to blood group B and I had a very good feeling, especially after the goat's milk.

I don't know what I should be guided? Blood group or being Nomad?
Blood type B can consume skim milk and 2%, Nomad with group B can not.

Can somebody help me?...

I can't tell you what is right for you, but I will share some of what guided my decisions...

I stuck with my blood type diet until I realized that something was causing difficulties, then switched to the Genotype diet, hoping for better.  I also switched to personalized SWAMI after about 2 years on GTD...

In each step along the way, I have been helped by the diet I was on and I continue to get better because I follow one of these plans.

Thank you for Your answer.
For sure You are right, this is the way to get to know yourself. And if I lived in the USA, I'd go to Dr. D'Adamo on research, but here I am reading the books and I try to get know yourself. For sure I want to know what is my SWAMI. For now, I don't know if it's possible to perform this in Europe.

At the moment I'm looking for, I read and I try to listen my intuition.

Here is the company that imports SWAMI into the European Union.  Hopefully, you can contact them to find out price, etc. to obtain it.

I would get the swami
My sami is a mix of Blodtype B and Nomad diet and it matches me so well- far better than the regular nomad diet and also the B diet.

Great! I didn't know that in Europe you can also explore SWAMI.

Unfortunately in Poland there is no one, but in Germany, the Czech Republic and Denmark. I will contact the people from this site, I hope they can help me

Thank you very much! This is a very helpful answer!

I did well on the “B” BTD, bad on the Explorer GTD & great on the Swami which is a mixture of the 2.  My son is a “B” Nomad but never did the Swami.  He is not lactose intolerant so he drinks milk.  He tweaked it on his own.  Listen to your body.

My body feel the best without foods and then feels the best.
Most of the foods I don't like, but what I want is for me to avoid. My body feels good after a good juices from direct compression, pineapple, grapes. Gluten-free are also better for me, I feel.

I have a weakness for milk, I think that my body tolerates goat's milk. Cow's milk without lactose also, with lactose also I can eat. I believe that natural dairy products without additives is also good for me (cottage cheese). But Genotype Diet says that milk is avoid ... I don't know what to think. And maybe it's a placebo effect? We feel better after that what is written " beneficial"?

P.S. For sure it was joke   I feel better after Blood type diet, when I eat what is for group B. But about Genotype diet I'm not sure...

No sadly we don´t have that many experienced BTD in DK.

I had my secretor doen years ago via the right4eu- I think they are really good but sadly rather expensive.

and did the swami 3 years ago
- everything is online- but get somebody to help you measure - I messed up big time the first time

Thank You for Your answer. I'll contact right4eu, I hope they can help me

P. S. I really love Denmark, often visit and I was hoping that maybe I can perform such tests in a special laboratory in DK. In Poland, which doesn't surprise me completely, there is nothing

Cow milk or goat milk could be good for you, despite you being identified as Nomad. Please note that neither blood type diet nor genetic type can fully capture you as an individual: swami is exactly for this purpose. Unless you are contraindicated or you do the swami, I would simply suggest you continue enjoying milk. Not all "nomads" need to avoid milk.

My experience with the BTD was good, but I always felt that some of the beneficials were bad for me. When Genotype became available I bought the book and did all the measurements carefully. I came up with 50% Nomad and 50% Explorer. When I called for clarification, they recommended Nomad (based on a few measurements). Pure Nomad never felt right for me, so I adjusted BTD as best I could. I bought Swami 2 years ago, and Swami came up as 49% Nomad, and my diet is a blend of BTD and Nomad that's fits me very well.

The measurements are really critical, so you might want to check them again (and watch the online videos for instructions). The same measurements are used for Swami as well as Genotype.

Maybe there's been a new edition; the first edition of the GTD book did not permit a split or combined Genotype. One could only be one genotype.

Glad you're working with the blend that does feel right for you. That's what I do, too.

I wanted notice that it is also important how much we eat. Not only WHAT we eat, but in what quantities. For example, if someone is according to blood group diet and genotype diet, but eat in very large quantities, I think it is always unhealthy. And so I think it is very important having balance in food.

You can eat even beneficial fruits, but fruits contain a lot of sugar, if you eat it in large quantities, these are calories. So not only diet but also daily quantity of calories is important.

Especially if you stick to portions, you really shouldn't have to count calories.

San j,
You are correct, the original Genotype book identified just one Genotype. In my case my finger lengths were such that every time I measured them I switched between Nomad and Genotype. Fortunately the more recent instructions, videos and the finger measuring tool in the Genotype measuring kit sold on the Website allowed me to get consistent results when I redid my measurements for Swami. And yes, using the accurate new measurements I would be Nomad on the GTD. Thanks for your comment as I should have used words rather than percentages in my post.
