Curious about this African/ Indian grain, marketed in France, I understand.
Anyone eaten it?
Using it?

No!  Other than having seen it listed on the SWAMI Carbohydrate list, I haven't heard of it...

I used to. Very handy: only 5 minutes to cook. It has kind of a fluffy texture and mild taste. Unfortunately the store I bought it from stopped selling it, and I haven't found it anywhere else yet.

Not that there's anyone who can compliantly eat this cake (exactly as written, though there's plenty of room for innovation),
And most of you will not be able to read the French page,
but do take a look at these pictures.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmm...

What these teeny-tiny grains of ancient grain (like Millet but far finer - like Semolina) can do for your baking...

Also: Still in French, but between the photos and the ingredient lists, intelligible, I think:

I don't know about you, but it's making me hungry.

Okay: One for good measure: http://plaisirgustatif.canalblog.com/archives/2012/06/25/24571793.html
