I don't know about where everyone else lives, but it's nothing but smoke where I live, and 3 hours down the road where I'm visiting. I feel like I need to move to a country with less forest fires... It seems like in the last few years they've become constant.

I know smoked food is bad, so I imagine this isn't good either. I know my brain hurts like hell...

Cherries? Vitamin C? Hell on earth?

I can't tolerate smoke at all. Can't imagine having to breath it for any length of time.  No matter how silly it looks, why not wear a mask? Maybe get a fake beard and sunglasses and go incognito.

When i'm around campfires sometimes my lungs burn.  Even when I cook some things on the stove they burn.  South Louisiana has no forest fires, but they burn sugar cane crops in fall after the harvest.  My wife grew up near a bunch of huge sugar cane fields (my inlaws still live there, out in the country).  She said the smoke was bad, but at least it smelled good.

Pollutants come in other forms in these parts with all the oilfield and other things around here.

Smoke particulates are irritants to your system. If you can tone down your body's inflammation more, that would help. Maybe take some fish oil, add some ginger, turmeric, etc, if they're beneficial for you.

There's fires all over, a big one in WA. Hate it. [urlhttps://fbcdn-sphotos-a-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xap1/t1.0-9/10513376_10153060422324199_5242411770246374467_n.jpg]I think the smoke is literally rolling in from there.  [/url]

My head isn't hurting real bad, but it makes me not care about much/lazy.

Yeah, the air quality in Seattle has been awful all week. I know it's bad when I can see the fire cloud from my house, on the other side of the mountains, over 100 miles away.
