I'm going to start weight training after a long lay off, and it will be the first time I'll be doing it in an O+ blood type way. I already have the type O protein powder, vitamin and deflect. Will also be getting the flaxseed. Besides the already mentioned supplements, which others would I benefit from? I'm working with limited Funds and can only get the absolute essential must have's! Proper blood type meals I have worked out, it's just the supplements for the specific type I can use some help with.

If money is OR is not the issue the best thing you can buy and take.. for life is..

Pantothnic acid.. or if you can afford Panthethine..

Take 500 mg a day or up to 1000 for a month, then go down in the way the tabs come.. if Mg, then go down accordingly one less every month) .. then take 100 every day for life..

Pantothenic acid is really inexpensive and available everywhere.  You  will protect the very cells in the body, by protecting the skins on each and every cell.  In that way you will protect your body from rashes, allergies, sinus issues, germs of all sorts.. helps with adrenal fatigue and depression as well.  Feeling better overall.

Your mouth and lips will feel stronger and you will be less suseptible to any sort of colds..

No orangejuice ...


Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

If your gut integrity is good, with proper flora mix, and you eat a varied diet per the portion size / frequency recommendations, you should get most of what you need from the diet.  I'd start with what you have at the moment and only add if/when somebody internal needs help, then look at the protocols...

I think you are overhyping the pantothenic acid a bit.

"Pan" means everywhere. That stuff is in basically anything you eat.
