As a Teacher, I get coconut oil on my SWAMI so if you knew you were a Teacher, it could likely become a beneficial for you.  This is why it's so important to have a SWAMI. Although you said you
were going to see the clinic shift, so maybe wait and see what your professional SWAMI looks like...

If you believe you have active candida you might want to try the yeast balance protocol for type A

than you so much, Chloe.
yes, i do have coconut oil but among neutrals although i never use it, i'm so accustomed to olive oil and ghee...so far

of course if, as it seems, it is so good against candida i may as well could give it a change.
anyway ghee and olive oil are diamonds in my swami

You're welcome   I also have ghee and EVOO as beneficials while coconut oil is neutral.  I sometimes just eat it off the spoon....I rub it in my hair when it's looking dry.....then shower it off and use shampoo....Leaves hair shinier....healthier looking.  So many uses for coconut oil...Oh, BTW, it cleared up my dog's very lengthy skin condition....she had a staph infection and nothing was healing it....we used to rub coconut oil on her skin and put it in her food....She was insanely in love with coconut oil and then one day didn't want to eat anymore....That was about after 6 months....so we think when her skin cleared, she knew she didn't need it anymore.  Smart dog....but give the body the right food and it heals itself!
