Ye gads!  First these "guys" state that farming is inefficient and then they make a horrendous mixture of THINGS FROM A LAB, most of which are made from (probably GMO) corn!

Soylent, anyone?

I wouldn't get within 5 feet of the stuff!

6 years on ER BTD, went from sick and dying to healthier And 30 pounds slimmer.

Liquid diets with measured calories and nutrients -- not a new concept...  It's not organic, and it's one size fits all.....plus for sure, it's filled with GMOs..I sort of see people doing this till they freak out and can't drink one more glass of this stuff....and then go back to eating foods they remembered they once enjoyed eating...  What if drinking this long term causes severe dependency?  The inability to eat and process whole foods ever again in a digestive system that has virtually re-adapted to only accept liquids.  Kind of reminds me of the latest new diet...here today, gone tomorrow.

A very long read....interesting but nothing really new about this...I think hype can pretty much get curious individuals to try anything that sounds new or different......Now with more publicity from this New Yorker article... watch this company wind up on the stock exchange    Very clever marketing.

He wants to phase out farms-  but where does he think the raw materials are going to come from? He may be purchasing nutrients as white powder, but those white powders have to come from somewhere!

I think it's rather sad that this chemical concoction is more nutritious than the processed-food diet they'd previously been eating.

Labs can create synthetic nutrients....

This guy doesn't have a chance in his lifetime to phase out farms....We will never become a society of people who stop eating.  At best, this guy gets rich and everyone eventually gets sick of drinking this liquid and then he's back to dreaming up something new..  Who would find long term joy in drinking instead of eating?  At best, I see this product in the same category as protein shakes with added nutrients....just another product on the shelves of
health food stores.  This guy is "Out there"....  Can you see the great chefs of the world disappearing? Fast food chains all closing....A liquid meal is going to put major industries
out of business while he thrives?  He's delusional for thinking he has power over agribusiness in
this country or any country....which by the way is part of the federal government. http://nabcor.da.gov.ph/

Maybe he can sell his white powder to fast food giants so they can create more nutritious fankenfoods....
