1 Spaghetti Squash Baked
Olive Oil
1 Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
1-lb Grass Fed Beef
Chili Powder
Paprika Powder
Cumin Powder
Cayenne Powder
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder or fresh Garlic
Kelp Powder
Tomato Juice (without citric acid)

Saute onion, red pepper and spaghetti squash in olive oil.. browning.  Add all spices (to taste), and grass fed beef.

Cook until spices melt and beef is cooked through.  Add tomato juice at the end to your liking.

If you are a type that can have real tomatoes (Tomatoes are an AVOID on my Swami but Tomato Juice is a neutral for me), you can use a few freshly chopped or canned tomatoes.

This is delicious.

I am coming for dinner.. mmmh

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

I think I could make a wonderful chili using any meat if I could use tomato! I used to make venison chili that I enjoyed so much. Even back then I knew that it didn't bother me anything at all like beef. Venison is a black dot for me now. But without tomato? No way! Venison steak smothered in gravy and cooked until tender is delicious too, though.
