Quoted Text
After just a few weeks on the type A diet, he began to notice the changes, “Physically it was a matter of weeks. I noticed an immediate improvement in my digestion which was one of the reasons I had gone to a Naturopath in the first place. It probably took close to 12 months before I realized that I had experienced a remarkable improvement in my energy levels. Mentally I feel alert and bright."

I'd love to see some success stories written on the Swami folks or GTD folks...

reason being... that is what I follow - SWAMI - and I want to be able to share GTD or Swami Success stories with people!

I run into so many skeptics of the BTD.. so I want to share the newer science success stories with them...

I like that idea too BluesSinger!.  I also wonder when these testimonials were written, a date on the testimonial would be nice or are we to assume that the last one posted is the most recent?.

I haven't heard from Paul in awhile, he used to frequent this mb.  Maybe he's under a different user name than he used to use?.

Paul Buckless was known as "Wulf" on the forum.  He hasn't been active in a few years.

Yes MD is correct, Paul used to be on here on a regular basis a few years or so back.
