Every couple of months, I increase my Polyflora from 2 to 4 daily and Intrinsia from 2 to 4 daily and I feel such an ease in my digestive system as a result.

Thanks Dr D, great article. I've just made some more organic ghee to help my little gut critters. Can't find a ready made organic source here just now and haven't had time to make some. UEA (University of East Anglia) is just up the road from me, didn't know they we're working on this research.
