Well Hubby, who is a Hunter, has a lower blood pressure number that is a little high.  It's been reading that way for a while now.

He has been sedentary due to some serious back issues (that included surgery in 06), but recently has started to walk again a little.  He can't do much but he can do about 30 min every other day or so.  He currently has a broken screw in the hardware in his back and so they are deciding what to do about it.

However, his Mom had high blood pressure so he feels part of this is inherited.

So I'm looking in the Encyclopedia and looking at the recommended protocols for O and they are Anti-Sress and Cardiovascular.  I've never seen any of the supp's recommended.

I'd appreciate input from anyone who has felt with HBP and what yo did about it and which of those supp's worked the best for you.

Thanks in advance!

As membrosia is a basically a membrane fluidizer and is targeted at cellular health, I would think to take it. I'd like to know what members think about this, I may be wrong.

I would compare the protocols with the ones online because they may be a little different. I am in the process of updating mine now and haven't compared all of them with the Encyclopedia, but I know there have been some changes. http://www.dadamo.com/protocols/index.htm
I'm a great believer in veggie drinks, Hawthorn and Olive leaf extract, etc.

I recently noticed the protocols were different as well.  In the Encyclopedia, the Skin Protocol for A's has Holy Basil and I see it has been dropped from the online protocol.

BluesSinger, please also look into Histona Ulterior. It says on the bottle that it support blood pressure levels which are already normal. I love it. I've been taking it for a long time and have forgotten what it does. It is such a good anti stress, that I forget I'm taking it.
