Hi folks,
new here.
Blood type B.

I was on the blood type diet for about a month a while back, and felt absolutely fantastic. So much energy and such a clear mind.

It's amazing how awful you feel when you revert to junk food.

Going back to the blood type diet.

Sometimes you have to be reminded what you don't want, in order to see clearly what you do want.

Welcome back!

staying on BTD in any form is easy.. there is just nothing else out there to make you and me feel awsome..

yes I cheat, but I do pay a big price every time... and I Take Full Responsibility for every misstep.. and the next meal or day I return to my (SWAMI) food list.

welcome back anf good staying power coming with wishes to you..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

I was so faithful to the BTD and felt awesome, then I started cheating here and there and going out to eat was so much of a pain that I sorta went off of it.. not completely, but I have been eating more dairy than usual and more sugar.. even potatoes... ughh i feel terrible and have gained weight back.. I am going back on the diet for real, no cheating.

any suggestions for a couple day juice cleansing? I want to maybe just juice for a day or two then go back to eating normal meals again.

You aren't the first to slip away and need to get back - and surely won't be the last!

Choose your highly beneficial foods for the most healing...  If you choose to do juice only for a day or two, make sure they are all from the beneficial category and mix/match to your taste...  Enjoy getting back on the diet and to a healthier you!

Hi

Although I've not been able to afford powdered green drinks lately, I had the same issues as you each time I would fall off the wagon. I suggest you revert to something like a compliant green drink (and one without fruit) if the craving for sugars and carbs is there, but let the light cleanse be for half a day if you feel "bloated" or instestines feel "full" while processing out the Avoids.
In other words - don't forget your compliant protein (you would wreck your metabolism if you did anyway.)

If you can't easily get green drink you could also get a compliant veggie soup base from your grocery store and boil up D'Adamo recommended Greens like Kale and etc. into your soup base.

I found all my compliant tubers (like Taro, sweet potato, xanthosoma) to be my life-saving buddies in rebuilding my gut after ingesting damaging Avoid Starches and I boil those into the mix also for a "healing cleanse." I would then eat my proteins at the time of day when I felt I could digest them again.
