Hello.

Errmmm....since I am not truly a Teacher but Explorer, I am suddenly finding that the rice I can now tolerate seems to be.....pulling both dairy and "commercial" salts out of my food and into my sweat! This would be just in the areas where sweat glands and lymph nodes and hormones meet. The commercial soup base I use is carrot celery and onion based with a hint of nutritional yeast and a smattering of dextrose that hasn't caused me significant problems. I don't smell like dairy   just like the soup I use! Odd.

Would this be the action of some nice effect of recently being to finally eat rice again (candida cleanse happened a few days ago) -  or are my lymph/sweat glands just functioning better now?

The rice I am eating is wild rice and black rice.

What do you mean by commercial salt? Doesn't that contain all sorts of nasties like a corn derived additive to keep it dry?

It is possible that now that you are able to eat more carbohydrates, that some cells are getting more energy than they were prior, so they are cleaning better...  As healing finishes in one area, the energy shifts to the next highest priority problem area.  One of the joys is that this lifestyle heals the whole body, so expect all areas to get help in whatever rotation the body deems necessary...

Sometimes when I've made soup, took off the lid, got "essence" of soup odors in my hair, clothes and on my skin from the moist vapor, I walked around thinking I smelled like soup. In actuality, I was smelling what settled all over me.

How do you know dairy is being pulled out if all you smell is soup?

When I roast vegetables, specifically onions, I feel like I smell onion-y all day..... until I take a shower.....wash my hair and get totally clean.

Not saying you're not intuitive about how food resonates with you....just sharing that I've experienced being engulfed in food odors but it had nothing to do with anything being drawn
out of me....nothing much different from walking into a smoky room and getting smoke odors
on my clothes, skin, hair.

It's been after I've ridden my bike and away from the house completely; not when I'm cooking or eating. And it's sticking to "me" - not so much my clothes. They say the sweat glands don't just produce fluid, but also excrete fat and protein - so that's a nice coating!

Since increasing intensive exercise (as many type O' do need), I am aware of toxins exiting through sweat - a strange odour which I don't know how to describe, and ABJoe is right, that the body slowly heals bit by bit as cells get stronger and get rid of old gunk and metabolic wastes.  This leads to better functioning organs and glands.  It's a process, and I keep up with some veg juicing, and am very thankful for tumeric, ginger, garlic, spinach, carrot, olive oil, ghee..... stir-fried vegetables for lunch at present is helping.  It's really only since doing the intestive workouts 6 days per week, that I am seeing more results. Plus I still need the walking, some yoga and breathing; it all helps in some way. stay active and see results.
