Yep, I'm surprised there aren't more toothpastes on the market that have a soothing or mellow flavor.  I use Tom's Strawberry flavor, which is intended for children!

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.

Also, I need to figure out how to disable the wireless portion of our router while still keeping the hardwired lines running.  The router also provides us with telephone service, so I don't want to turn it off completely.  Has anyone done this?

Using a wired connection to the router, enter setup and look in the Wireless setup section for a setting to disable the wireless portion.  I've been able to shut down the wireless part of every router I've ever had.

I've found toxins in the list of ingredients in Tom's toothpaste at the grocery store - it's not what it used to be.  We use baking soda.  Period.

Interesting about the lemon juice in tea possibly disturbing your sleep.  Perhaps that's why it doesn't sound good to me in the evnings.

Personally, the worst thing for me that keeps me from sleeping is getting too involved in forums like this!!!!

Good idea; thanks for the tip!  I forgot to mention that I'm looking for a toggle switch solution, because we'd like wireless during the day.  But maybe I can plug in a Raspberry Pi that I've programmed for the job.

We spray a little lavender oil.

Hoops and baldrian? Are these herbs to calm the bladder?
