I created my SWAMI profile last night and I have a few questions. Is there a way to go directly to the diet report and menu planning without going through the "create SWAMI profile tab".  Also, when I print my report I don't get any of the introductory information about my genotype, just the food lists. I thought I would be getting more information about my genotype/blood group and diet customization. Shouldn't this be included?
Thanks!

Welcome!

There are several places where you can ask for the information displayed/printed to be more or less comprehensive/abbreviated.

I haven't looked at it in a while but believe you would want to choose "full diet report". (or something similar).

There is a similar option series for supplements, and perhaps genoharmonics.

the recipes appear at the lower right button once you ve clicked on the compute button and your Genotype appears.

Also let swami compute your genotype for you, for more targeted advice.

I imagine you will be looking at the menu etc before you pint them, from memory they are long reports.

I think there is a check box asking if you want a short report, you would need to enter no

also you would want all the input data to be correct to make full use of anything that is linked to it.

If the required profile information has already been entered, after you login to SWAMI:

1) Select the "Edite Your SWAMI Profile tab.
2) Press the "end" key on your keyboard (This key is immediately above the up arrow on most desktop keyboards)
3) Choose one or the other of these:
--- Save and prepare to Print Diet Report
--- Save and prepare to Meal Plan and/or Generate Cook Book
4) Press the "Save SWAMI Xpress® Profile and Continue" button

This has already been answered above, but you need to not answer "Yes" to the
"Print Abbreviated Diet Report" question.

If you want to save a record of your inputs or profile, in IE go to -file -save_as and select web_page_complete as the file save as type.  This will save a copy of the input page to your computer.  You can then print this and keep it with your report.
