I have a stressful job and was wondering what is a good supplement for type O. I feel like I'm starting to get anxiety and had a panic attack a few months ago.

I agree with the recommendation of rhodiola.

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.

I second this. During stressful times I take 1 rhodiola capsule twice daily - doctor's order - and it appeases me greatly. I also take regularly Histona Ulterior. It has an overall balancing influence and I heartily recommend to try it for a while.

I third it for the Rhodiola.  I've taken it with Dr.D's supplement called Catechol, which has Rhodiola in it, but I found I needed more.  The two together work good for me.

Thank you everyone! I will definitely try the Rhodiola, Histonia and Catechol.
