Dr. D'Adamo has his new cookbooks out for blood types.  I wish he had cookbooks out by genotype.  It would make it so much easier.  I am B+ blood type /genotype Nomad.  Would I have to do a lot of substituting of ingredients if I were to use the B type cookbook?

he has already done all that, and more!

get a swami, find out your genotype and print out a personalized recipe book in pdf file

look here, meanwhile and discover a whole new world

As Lola suggested, you can print out a recipe book specific for you from SWAMI Xpress.  This pulls from a recipe database that contains recipes from other people who may or may not have your exact diet or food availability, however, so you may need to sub. some things.  I think this will always be the case - as I had to do recipe substitutions before I started BTD even...

I haven't gotten any of the new cookbooks, but from the recipes I've seen online from the books, they are mostly usable as they are.

I just bought this today. I'm already used to adapting recipes so these will be much easier to adapt. Several new ideas also.

The B Nomad food list is quite close to the blood type B list.  Not exact, of course, but much closer than, say, if you were a type B Gatherer.

I think I will get the B cookbook, also.  I went to Barnes and Noble today, and they didn't have it on the shelf, but did have the O and A cookbooks, and they were gorgeous, the color pictures, the paper used, and the layout of recipes.

I will just substitute and adapt as needed.

I ran into it at Books-a-million. There were plenty of ABs, they must have ordered equal numbers of each.
