I don't think that peanut me&ms should be part of your diet, even if they are high enough in fat and protein to have a low GI.

they have milk and table sugar in them, and Mars' P.B. m and m's taste like nothing but a handful of grease!!
Well this would put my lowest glycemic foods at breakfast, when I have no fats, or, I could do like I did today, and eat my one starch serving at breakfast with no fats, and leave my other proteins, veggies and nuts for afternoons before 6PM.
