I understand there are "good" and "bad" lectins - is this correct?

If so, the Deflect supplement helps repair prior damage from bad lectins and will block them if you eat avoid foods - I think?

If the above if correct, does Deflect also block or the good lectins and prevent them from being helpful?

I'm re-reading the Eat Right & Live Right books and just wondering about this.
All input appreciated

Yeah weekend

Only the blood type specific lectins.

Yes, depending on your blood type.

Deflect for your type will help block damage from newly ingested "anti-self" lectins and help to strip old "anti-self" lectins from the intestinal walls.

No.  The good lectins will not adhere to the per type Deflect, as the shape of the cell structure will not match...  They will continue to do the good they do for you.

I wish I had it last night!

great question, kittens.

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.
