The "winter:hidden potential" will upgrade when you accumulate more posts on this website. It's not something we have any control over.
The rest (like where I mention my genotype) you can change in the "member center" section of the website. |

I have chicken as a black dot, so it can be tried after the three month wash out period. I have turkey, emu and duck as neutrals (ostrich is a diamond but in australia i have never seen it, nor emu!) I prefer turkey but if i am out & have no better choices i will order chicken. |

smily, here s from another warrior testimonial
Quoted Text
on the Geno diet poultry of any kind was not recommended for me. I went off chicken for a month. I had almost completely lost my pain and regained all but about 5% of my range of motion. I ate chicken again on and off one weekend and that was enough to let me know I can't eat chicken.

Black dot. Love me some fried chicken, especially fried chicken wings. But, I enjoy an oven-baked turkey thigh just as well. Reminds me of a Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey is neutral on my SWAMI, but I feel it is borderline superfood because I feel greatly at peace after I eat it. |

I am a (sometime) Warrior and have been eating chicken too much and I hereby resolve to quit the bird. I have known for years that whenever I eat chicken or any poultry that is not organic, I get a prickly feeling in my hands and up my arms about 20 minutes after eating. I blame it on steroids or growth hormones fed to the poultry because when I eat organic meat I do not get the reaction. After updating my Swami recently where no poultry except ostrich is recommended, I want to clean up my diet (again) and this time, I am taking the proper supplements. For the last 10 years I have been relying on my chiropractor to recommend Standard Process supplements for my conditions (whatever they may be on that particular day), but now I want to give Dr. D's entire protocol a chance. Good luck to all of us..... |

I just want to say something about Standard Process supplements. They contain organs of animals that would be considered toxic foods for most blood type A individuals....and most chiropractors who sell supplements or do kinesiology in their practice rely heavily on these supplements. So this would be that one size fits all approach. Dr. D's formulas were designed to go along with these diets. Standard Process supplements might be perceived by your body as toxic. Does your chiro happen to muscle test you for these supplements and also sell this line of supplements in his office? I always had this strange belief about Standard Process....that our bodies might require some minute nutrient in a formula that caused that moment of testing to appear positive for any particular bottle....only to go home, and take a whole bottle of something that was later raising the toxicity level in our bodies, throwing us off balance and finding a need to go back to see the chiro (get adjusted, get more SP formulas).... It seemed like for all the years I saw chiros who gave me these formulas that I was getting worse and not better. And always being given different bottles of SP supplements. I have given Standard Process formulas to my dogs......but of course, organ meats would be naturally in their diets anyway. But I only take Dr. D's supplements which feel totally complimentary for my diet. As for cutting down on chicken, can you find ostrich? Can you have turkey at all? How about fish? Does your SWAMI give you any other proteins that you can substitute for turkey? Do you eat plant proteins like soy, beans, nuts, seeds? Chicken also contains arsenic.....which is highly toxic. That should should be a good reason to want to stop eating it. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/chris-hunt/arsenic-in-chicken_b_3267334.htm. |
