And unlike the usual long-timers, he does it without cigars, bourbon, or pork rinds.

This youtube video helped me to understand more about how Yoga is a very important to increasing health.  The speaker is a Doctor. Yoga is good for stress, meditation, healing, prevents disease, and helps with getting more oxygen into the body This, in turn, helps the digestive system (helps me detox 3-4 times a day) etc.

I am sorry that he speaks in Thai language but you can tell from the movements and sometimes there are captions. He also speaks some words in English.

He says every yoga post helps the organs.  For example, some post are for healing or prevention of disease (the benefit from some post):

If you click at the 47:47 mark, it shows how to help with your stomach and diabetes.

The 49:58 mark is good for Migraines, spinal health and will help make you look younger.

The 46:37 mark shows Matsyasana, which is good for thyroid.

Number 42:45 post helps make you look younger

Number 45:48 is good for your lungs, help with TB and thyroid

Number 38.39 helps with digestion

From my experience, I feel like my muscles and bones have gotten stronger.  I wish I had started yoga 20 years earlier! At this point I would like to give credit to Dr. Peter D’dadamo  because he said in his book that Yoga is good for Type A, so I must make time for Yoga.

I can’t thank Dr. D enough.  I wish he could be my primary physician!

Averno how do you mean this

Matzinger's are the famous dogfood inventors here in Switzerland , Lola... are they +- outta of one family (bio-bio )

I think this all is due to a inner certitude of another *belief-system* ....

Wow! Good for you since over 30 years.

I am so sorry, I wish I could be beside you to translate into English.

For example, at the 54:21 mark, he talks about breathing methods.  He said when we inhale the stomach should be bigger, then when we exhale the stomach should to be flat. I know, sometime I focus on yoga or while I am working then I forgot to breath properly.

Also, he said the best time to practice should be at least 2 hours after we eat.  Also, between 5-7 am or 5-8 pm is best.   Do not try at noon because the temperature is too hot (consider at this time in Thailand it is always hot).

All the best to everyone
