This is my first post here on this forum.

Over the course of the last 5 or 6 years, maybe more actually, I've been adjusting my diet to be more in tune with the BTD. The last few years have been quite radical in the changes. I am now to the point where I am 100% beneficials or neutrals and 0% avoids. And I got there by cooking all of my meals. I'm a single guy. Day job I'm a professional stuck in an office. Weekends I'm The Forest Keeper! Pretty much think I'm an Explorer. (left handed, asymmetrical, big bones, and a REAL EXPLORER in real life). Anyway, I will find out more about then in due time here. Meanwhile I'm relating that it took me grabbing the bull by the horns in order to achieve such good success with the BTD.

By the way I've lost about 60 to 100 pounds I'm not sure exactly but it's a lot and I didn't even try. I started losing weight dramatically and had all this extra energy so I started blowing off the energy by hiking. Easy hikes first, then as time went on more difficult and now I'm pretty much a force to reckon with even if you're a Hunter or some other sprinter. I am the tortoise and 9 times out of 10 I get there before you hares do God's honest truth! Hardly nobody can keep up with me and I'm not boasting, I'm qualifying the truth behind going 100%, you reap the benefits magnificently!

However, this lifestyle is really causing me some issues. I spent most of my waking life sourcing my dietary needs, cooking, working. I get maybe two hours a day of "free time" in the evenings after dinner. Of course I made my lunch tonight for tomorrow. But this stuff is my life now, almost 24/7.

So this got me thinking, because I'd rather be out and about, and not sitting on my butt in the office working my brain in a highly stressful environment, maybe I ought to start making lunch for a bunch more people and just open a catering business where I focus on making organic non-gmo healthy alternatives for people who are stuck in their office and just can't find the right place to do lunch where they can get a quality healthy meal knowing full well that it's going to be nothing bad for them. Now that's actually quite a high bill there. Hard to find restaurants that will special order to your liking as well. I had a local restaurant trained to make meals my way but even still I think there's some bad things in their food because when I eat the Pad Se Ew I get some interaction lasting days and my circadian rhythm gets all whacked too.

So I've been putting together a menu of items I think would work, and making plenty of cases for all blood types to have something fitting to their type and started mentioning this on Facebook. My friends who know I'm strange about health food diets and lifestyles suddenly started posting "do you deliver in Florida yet? this is making me hungry reading your menu!". I'm sure some of them were just saying that because they were my friends but I did question some of them to understand their sudden change of heart. And those I questioned seemed to relate that my choices sounded like it would make them feel better after eating it. So they wanted to try it!

So I'm here posting this because I want to know if someone has gone and done a catering business specializing on BTD, and if there's anyone with advice, tips, suggestions, anything! Bring it on! I want to read it all! All my friends think I should do this! And I have a restaurateur friend who's rather successful who is willing to coach me along the way to get the business roots planted and nurtured properly. I'm thinking this is a no-brainer. I want to get out of the office and DO THINGS. Now that I have a body again, and so much abundant energy!

welcome!

Yes, San Luis Obispo is supposed to be the happiest city in north america but for me it is just the smartest place to live. Closest real town (ancient historic too, over 200 years old) to the beauty of the Central Coast and Big Sur, where I do my Forest Keeping, and closest place for a job, supplies, I don't have to leave here and go east, south or north along the 101 ever. Only have the coast (highway 1) and here. I love it. I can say goodbye forever to Los Angeles my original home town. Darn near perfect weather, year round. Not joking. Where I live I think it's the #3 spot in North America for having the least amount of temperature variation. I'm also blessed by being in a long wind tunnel like channel or valley running from Morro Bay/Los Osos all the way into the interior coastal valleys. Runs right through my neighborhood keeping it brisk in evenings and nice clean refreshing air that you really want to breathe in fully. It never overheats in this neighborhood. Air condition is unnecessary except maybe, in all honesty, maybe 3 days a year if you're bothered by 90-95 degrees.

Thanks I put in a request. When I joined here I thought about it long and hard and decided I wanted to remain anonymous here as this site allows anyone to view messages. And besides, TheForestKeeper sounds really really cool! Thank you for understanding! So if you give me your name I'll find you there, how does that sound?
