Tomorrow I begin on Dr. D.s 3-pack plus the Larch powder as recommended at the bottom of my SWAMI diet report.
My question is, "If I have iodine deficiency, leaky gut and gum health concerns, will this basic program work or is there additional Dr. D. products recommended for the above symptoms?"
If there are other products, I would think my SWAMI would have recommended them based on my health profile. Although I think Standard Process is a top quality brand of supplements, I'm trying to break away since many of their supplements contain beef, pork, dairy, etc.

Directions: Stir Trehalose powder into water with a squeeze of lemon or mix Trehalose with a beneficial juice. Mixing in a spoonful of ARA 6 - Pure Larch Powder will increase its effectiveness. Dr. D'Adamo recommends taking Trehalose an hour away from green tea, coffee, curcumin or quercetin.
i've been taking Trehalos complex alongside with Scienca for nearly 2 years. Oh well
This is how my morning looks like: First thing I take a glass of lukewarm water with squeezed lemon juice and 1 level tbs of Trehalose Complex stirred into it. Then I let one hour until I drink my first green tea..... During this hour I take the Polyflora, Acetyl l-carnitine & Alpha Lipoic Acid, Deflect, and Histona Ulterior or Genoma Security. When I get to the green tea, I take also the medicinal mushrooms (chaga, agaricus/maitake) which are rich in quercetin and antioxidants, and THEN let half an hour before breakfast (and breakfast supps).... If this dance begins at 6:00 AM, then around 8:00 I am through and ready to proceed...
There is a limited number of supplements that one afford to take or make sense to.
Beside the point, upon reading this I suddenly see myself srolling down Well Walk, Hampstead, London, eyeing the mansions, and asking myself, How much do these people afford? How much do they need? and also, Would I be happy to reside in one of those?
