I learned in (Shangri-la) diet book, not to change my foods!!! but to add 2 tablespoons of oil twice or trice a day. To take 1 table spoon Extra Light Olive Oil in place of (each) in-between food /snacks every day for the rest of my life. I tried it and it works for me, yet it took me 2 month to see results..
Reading about -Tasteless- is important when wanting to lose weight. Not important when needing to gain weight. Take it at your own will, but could you please help in securing the best testing info here? Thanks.
