Hey all, I'm new to the forum, and the nomad genotype diet. I know in the book it talks about a brushing technique to stimulate the nervous system. However, I am curious as to whether or not there is a detox for nomads (or if the one described for explorers can be used for all genotypes).

Welcome!

You can use the Explorer detox or for that matter the Hunter alternate nostril breathing and so on, no matter what your type.

The Explorer liver detox works well for Nomads, by itself or in addition to the Dry Skin Brushing technique.  We can use many different methods to assist in helping the body clean.

Something else that is wonderful for Nomads is a warm shower after the dry brushing.

Follow that with a couple of minutes of water as hot as comfortable,
then gradually making the water cooler until it is as cool as possible.

Then, while the skin is still wet, quickly massage a tsp of oils into the skin.  Put the oil in your palm, rub the hands together and then pat all over your body.
Then, blot dry with a towel.

A good blend is extra virgin olive oil/organic coconut oil/grapeseed oil with a few drops of essential oils, optional.  I like lavender.
