Mixed with brown rice flour it is very tasty to me! I made some of the flattest biscuits I ever made in my life but everyone thought they were good! Even my oldest grandson's eyes just sparkled when he ate them!
Next time I think I will make them with a little sweetener and call them cookies! I suppose the baking powder had a little effect on them but not much. They rose sky high but by the time I got them in the oven they needed a lot more help. Maybe just dumping the dough on a cooking sheet, cutting the biscuits and popping them right into the oven "as is" would work. I am going to try that too.
