The first thing to evaluate is whether or not you've actually lost more weight than is healthy.
We all have different body types and shapes. It's possible that your "natural healthy body weight" is skinnier than you would like it to be- but it might not be "too much weight lost." Also bear in mind that sometimes weight loss happens too fast for the skin to catch up. If you've recently lost a lot of weight (that you needed to lose) then it might take a few months for your skin to shrink to fit, making you look "saggy and too thin" in the meantime.
Sometimes, when people have been overweight and toxic for a long time, the body will lose "more fat than is healthy", to detox the toxins stored in fat, and then regain the fat layer when detox is over. That often happens without changing anything else in the diet. When this happens, people will tend to lose about 5 pounds too much, then regain the 5 pounds as fat (but without the toxins) after a few months. Anything more than 5 pounds under your "ideal weight" (which varies for each individual) is a cause for concern.
If you really do think you've lost more than is good for you, the first thing to look at is portion sizes and frequencies. It doesn't matter how simple or complicated your meals are- if you're not eating enough, it's hard to keep enough weight on (just as it's hard to lose weight if you're eating too much, even if the food is all healthy.)
There are sometimes health conditions that lead to underweight, often relating to gut health and the inability to absorb nutrients and calories from the food eaten. But I'd take a look at caloric intake and make sure you'r eating enough before worrying about health problems.

Adding nuts and nutbutters to the diet helps me gain weight.

Adding more grains is a way to slow weight loss... It is pretty easy to cook some rice, quinoa or oatmeal - depending on your lists, to add to your meals... You can also add some spices or fruits to make different flavor combinations, but these will require a bit of experimentation. Don't worry, the more you cook, the better you get.
Hello everyone, good news for me, I would like to tell you guys that I am finally gaining some weight. I Love love love my new diet! Well. After eat dinner I weighed myself at 79.2 lbs. I then waited for 2 hours, took a shower, then weighed myself again and was 78.6 lbs. I was disappointed because I didn’t want not lose any (I think if I take a shower longer I will lose more). Anyway the next morning I weighed myself right away after I got out of bed. At that point, I weighed 77.4 lbs. The point is I have gained just about 5.5 lbs. I am so happy! My goal is 87 lbs. --------------------------------
Hi jaff77, because Swami, makes me more healthy and look I am looking better and better every day (at least that’s what my close friend told me…lol). I only weighed 72 lbs before (even went down to 69 lbs at one point). That was during the time when I was trying a raw food only diet. I didn’t even have raw milk, raw fish or raw cheese. at that point I thought God or an angel or whatever you may call it wanted me to try it for some reason. I was 82 lbs before I started to eat raw food and I stayed on that diet for about a year.
Swami is the best for me. Since, November 2012 I focus on diet that Swami recommend and 4 times a week for Yoga.

I read some post from you which seems like your breakfast is good already but the food in Swami gives you more choices and is more powerful.
Last week, I took my car to the shop and I met a woman in the waiting room. She smiled for me and we started talk. She asked me how old I am because she said I look very young . I told her my age. She was surprised she thought I was 35 or something. Then I asked her back. She wanted me to guess so I said almost 70. She told me she will be 91 in a few months. Wow! She looked young and in good shape. So beautiful! (She made me think very much about my own grand mom who passed away at 82 years old from natural causes. She never in her life went to a doctor for a check up.)
At this point I was very interested so I asked her what she eats every day. She said for
breakfast: cereal with milk, sometime oat meal but always with raisin, seeds and nuts, then some bread and eggs.
Lunch: only always variety of fruit and veggies (I think between 11 to 1 o’clock is the time our hearts work the most efficiently. So, for that reason, her heart doesn’t have to work not so hard.
Dinner: chicken or fish or beef but often with chicken and rice and veggies. I forgot to ask her the important part about her blood type. Oh! And she told me that she has checkups every year.

Hello jaff77, I'm not sure if type A can be fast oxidizers or not, anyway if you are, do a 'net search for some of the MD doctor sites which can give you a different perspective or more insight, ie Dr Lawrence Wilson (USA) or others, I have the same prob with being underweight, I did not realise I had to have about 6tbs of animal fat every day, nor the 9 to 10 cups cooked vegetables every day. I like to use some of Dr Martin's tips as I find them very easy to follow, ie 4 serves of sardines every week, salmon once a month, lamb chops about twice a weak, and I had to cut down on fruits/fructose, tropical nuts/fruits, other foods which are yin ie weakening to the cells/glands. Are you eating enough fat every day? Is your elimination system working well? have you had a general checkup at a medical dr?
When I first started on the BTD I lost too much weight as well - I'm naturally thin to begin with, also. After a few months your body will recover from the shock and your weight will stabilize where it wants to be. This happens to quite a few Type A folks
