I read in Typebase that Kefir is Neutral to A and Avoid to type O.
I think that this is the milk Kefir.
I use Water Kefir. It is neutral to me and avoid to type O, too?

drain off the whey when making yoghurt
that might be an option.....or use your waterkefir on other compliant milk substitutes or anything you wish to ferment

I don't know if the water kefir that I make is the same that you.
I prepare it in water with sugar and, after 8-12 hours I drink this water fermented. Then I add water and sugar again and wait more 8-12 hours. And the grains grow and multiply.
In typebase I see the milk kefir. And about water kefir?
Is it good/neutral/avoid for me (A+) and to my husband (O+)?
Is the same that milk kefir for the blood type?

How do yogurt whit kefir?
Type A can take yogurt (milk), right? But Type O can't, right?

I hope you can understand my question.
The kefir is really good for health?

Water kefir has never been evaluated. Using common sense, I would assume that it's fine for anybody who can have milk kefir (such as As.) It's suitability for Type Os is uncertain.

I drank water kefir a long time ago, but I'm thinking of going back to drinking again.

you can ferment anything using kefir grains

I have even fermented using a polyflora caps

experiment
