I'm trying to use the Fucos Plus to help shed some water retention & weight. I've received the supplement but I'm not sure how it works or how often I should be taking it & how long I should monitor the results. Any ideas?

I've been using it regularly for quite awhile now.  The directions on the bottle say twice a day.  I take one with breakfast and one with supper.  It's used to support the thyroid which is often an issue for us O's.  And the thyroid is one of many things that have a bearing on our weight.  It definitely helped me, but not quickly.  But that's just me.  We all react differently.

Might want to consider Hytrax for the water retention issue
